JMC members signed a declaration of confidentiality and conflict of interest and that they should not be contacted by any third person in relation with their work in the JMC. Potential applicants shall be excluded from participation in calls for proposals if they have attempted to obtain confidential information or influence the JMC members. The exclusion applies for a maximum period of 10 years, from the time when the infringement is established or from the date of notification of the judgement.
