RegioStars 2017 – The European Awards for innovative projects

The innovative and inspiring projects financed by the European Union, including through the Romania-Republic of Serbia IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme, may apply in the RegioStars 2017 competition, by the 10th of April 2017.

RegioStars Awards identify good practices in regional development and highlight original and innovative projects that are attractive and inspiring to other regions.

The award categories for 2017 are:

  1. Smart Specialisation for SME innovation
  2. Energy Union: Climate action
  3. Women Empowerment and Active Participation
  4. Education and training
  5. Citystars: Cities in Digital Transition

The award ceremony will take place on the 10th of October 2017 in Bruxelles, Belgium, where we will celebrate the projects, financed by the European Union, which sustained the regions and cities in Europe, making them more competitive and attractive.
