After the experience gained in the implementation of the projects financed in the first call for proposals of the Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Romania-Serbia Programme and based on the inputs received from the beneficiaries and project developers, the implementing authorities proposed an improvement regarding the visibility of the European Union flag included in the Interreg-IPA CBC Romania-Serbia logo.
The new version of the Visual Identity Manual has been approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Romania-Serbia Programme through the Decision no.78 /29.05.2018
The new programme logo includes a bigger EU flag, which gives a better visibility to the European Union actions.
Starting with 15 July 2018, the second version of Visual Identity Manual of the Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Romania-Serbia Programme (including the new programme logo) will be mandatory to be used by all beneficiaries in order to employ standardized communication tools and a coherent set of rules for implementing the information, publicity and visibility requirements in the Projects financed through the present Programme.
We recommend using the new version of VIM and the new Interreg-IPA CBC Romania-Serbia Programme logo.
As an exception, for the projects currently involved in the process of developing communication materials (final phase of designing, printing or production) they may still use the old version of the programme logo. As a general rule, if other logos are displayed in addition to the Union emblem, the Union emblem shall have at least the same size, measured in height or width, as the biggest of the other logos.
